My name is Rick Whitmore and I've been in the meat business for over thirty years. When I was 18 years old I began my career as a meat cutting apprentice for over 12 years. In 1991 I took ownership of Bills Meat Market in Waterloo, NY for 10 years. I provided wholesale and retail services for local restaurants, caterers, and special events.

In 2001, I opened Finger Lakes Meat Processing in Romulus, NY. I now provide custom cutting services for domestic and wild game. Our mission is to provide superior custom cutting and butchering services to local farmers and patrons that exceed industry standards.
